ORDER

This application has been filed to order payment out the share of the applicant R.Selvi which lying in the deposit of Indian Bank, High Court Branch. Since the applicant has vacated the premises and handed over the key to the defendants, the applicant who is the plaintiff is entitled to get her share along with the interest accrued. Hence, the Joint Registrar, Original Side, High Court, Madras, is directed to disburse the money, as per the decree passed along with the proportionate interest accrued.
