2. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that the fourth respondent will dispose the representation dated 19.05.2017 of the petitioner within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the fourth respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.05.2017 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
