This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20078 of 2024 dated 20.08.2024, passed by this Court to report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has also been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
