Mr.P.Mohanraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner had expired on 26.01.2008 and that he is unable to contact the legal representatives of the petitioner for substituting them to prosecute the writ petition further and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
