This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 20.01.2017 passed in I.A.No.15 of 2015 in R.C.A.No.5 of 2015 against I.A.No.2 of 2015 in R.C.O.P.No.13 of 2012 on the file of the learned Sub Judge cum Rent Control Appellate Authority, Mannargudi. 2.The learned Sub Judge cum Rent Control Appellate Authority has passed the order in I.A.No.15 of 2015 directing the revision petitioner to pay the arrears of rent of Rs.76,500/- directly to the respondent herein otherwise eviction order will be passed against the petitioner. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and respondent. 4.After hearing the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioner herein to file a memo for the deposit of entire arrears of amount into the Court before the Appellate Authority. After filing the memo, the Appellate Authority is directed to pass appropriate orders on merit by giving opportunity to both the parties.
