When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that order passed by this Court has been complied with, wherein, appointment order was issued to the petitioner, thereby pleaded to close the present Contempt Petition, as nothing survives for further adjudication.
