ORDER

The Revision Petitioner herein is the 5th respondent in I.A.No.421 of 2022 and the proposed party defendant in the suit in O.S.No.51 of 2018 on the file of District Munsif Court, Mannargudi, which was filed by the 1st respondent/plaintiff for the relief of declaration and consequential relief against the defendants 2 to 4.

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that the application in I.A.No.421 of 2022 to implead herself as party defendant is pending from the year of 2022 and because of that, the trial judge is not proceeding with the suit and the same is pending for nearly four years without any progress. Therefore, she wanted to direct the trial court to dispose the application as well as the suit as early as possible.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that the impleading application filed by the revision petitioner is pending from the 2/4

year of 2022 and because of that application, the trial judge is not proceeding with the suit, which is pending for more than 4 years without any progress, this Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to consider and dispose the application filed in I.A.No.421 of 2022 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and also directed to dispose the suit as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
