Complainant Prayer:- Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Cr.P.C, to set aside the order passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvarur in C.A.No.22 of 2018 by its order dated 27.06.2019 confirming the judgment of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mannargudi in S.T.C.No.1354 of 2017 order dated 25.04.2018 sentenced to undergo 6 months S.I and to pay Rs.3,00,000/- cheque amount as compensation i/d 1 month S.I for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
