S.No.14/8 and old S.No.3 & New S.No.14/10, admeasuring about 2358 sq.ft., 4107 sq.ft, 2336 sq.ft and 2758.45 sq.ft, of Ramapuram Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvalluvar District (duly approved by CMDA approval No.PPD/LO No.50/2002 ; No.PPD/LO.No.77/2002; No.PPD/LO No.50/2003 and PPD/OO.No.77/2002) stands lapsed by virtue of Section 24 (2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, null and void.
