The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order made in I.A.No.01/15 in O.S.No.227/1997 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Tittagudi, dated 16.08.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner had placed on record a return postal cover in USR No.14373 that had addressed to the petitioner which indicates that the petitioner had died.
