O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to approve the petitioner's house plan for the construction of a new house in the petitioner's land in Survey No.72/8B (Patta No.1204) at Erumiyampatty Village, Pappireddipatty Taluk, Dharmapuri District, pursuant to his representations dated 25.08.2022, 20.09.2022 and 18.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that the 3rd respondent will consider the said representation of the petitioner and will pass suitable orders on merit.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 25.08.2022, 20.09.2022 and 18.11.2022 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, within a period 2/4

of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
