J U D G M E N T

(By D.KRISHNAKUMAR,J.,) This Writ Appeal has been filed, challenging order dated 22.07.2024 made in W.P.No.19127 of 2024.

2. The relief sought for by the Writ Petitioner in respect of accommodating him either in Pachanampatti or in a vacant place at Poosaripatti on the basis of his representation dated 18.03.2024 had not been granted by the Writ Court. We see no reason to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge and therefore, we are not inclined to issue any positive direction to the respondents in this regard..

3. At this juncture, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant requested that the representation dated 18.03.2024 may be directed to be considered in a time bound manner.

Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 18.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
