This petition is filed by the petitioner /appellant to condone the delay of 102 days in filing of an appeal before this Court against the order passed in W.P. No. 31818 of 2017 dated 28.06.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. The learned counsel for the first to fourth respondents has stated no objection for ordering this petition.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
