This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 279 days in paying the deficit Court fees of Rs.4,175/- and thus permit to pay deficit Court fees a sum of Rs.4.175/- in the above S.A.SR.No.118564 of 2021.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
