Respondents (R6 suo motu impleaded vide order dated 04.01.2023 made in W.P.No. 33565 of 2022 by CVKJ) Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to directing the respondent selection committee to extend the time for filling in the details of students in the portal and forthwith send the merit list of candidates from State Rank Number 481 till the end of the rank list (in Management quota) and from State rank number 1437 till the end of the rank list (in the Government quota seats) to the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to admit eligible candidates to the 7 vacant Post Graduate Medical seats in the petitioner College for the academic year 2022-23 and to further direct the respondents 2, 4 and 5 to approve the admissions so made by the petitioner.
