This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23127 of 2023 dated 09.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police weekly once on every Friday at 10.30a.m., until further orders. Any petition filed seeking permission to go abroad may be considered independently by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
