The amendment application has been filed seeking to amend the Crime number from 15 of 2023 to Crime No.46 of 2023. The application is also been filed to amend the respondent from Inspector of Police, DCB, Coimbatore to Inspector of Police, CCB, Coimbatore with Crime No.46 of 2023. In view of the fact that the actual investigating agency is the Inspector of Police, CCB, Coimbatore and the correct Crime Number is 46 of 2023, amendment petition is allowed.

2.Registry may carry out the necessary amendment.

3.List the matter once again on 16.11.2023.
