This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 601 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 27.12.2017 passed in M.C.No.232 of 2016 on the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since both the revision petitioner and the respondents are living together, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.

3. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and consequently, the petition in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.57305 of 2019 is rejected.
