This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 10.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.23287 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate I, Chidambaram, weekly once i.e., on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., apart from Court hearing dates, till committal and thereafter, appear before the concerned Sessions Court weekly once i.e., on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., till examination of P.W.1/any other prime witnesses and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates, except for unavoidable circumstances.
