The petitioner is A6 in Crime No.393 of 2023, registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 448, 342, 307 & 109 of IPC.

2.It is stated that on 22.10.2023, there was an intimation about an injured patient at Tiruppur Government Hospital. 3.It had been stated that the defacto complainant and all the accused were earlier partners in prostitution business and later, they had quarrelled and separated and there was a demand of money by the defacto complainant. This led all the accused to initially ransack his house and later in the evening, assault him.

4.It is seen that A1 and A3 are still absconding. In the order of the learned Sessions Judge, it is stated that there was a direct threat to the life of the both the defacto complainant and also to the other accused. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

ata 5.In view of all these factors, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
