No.136 of 2019 pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Mettur and transfer the same to the Family Court, Chengalpattu, to be tried along with H.M.O.P. No.263 of 2019. ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has been served about the pendency of the proceedings before this court. There is no representation for the respondent. As the respondent has not shown any interest to represent the matter before this court even though his name is printed in the cause list, H.M.O.P. No.136 of 2019 pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Mettur, is withdrawn from the said court and transferred to Family Court, Chengalpattu, to be tried along with H.M.O.P. No.263 of 2019, which is pending on the file of Family Court, Chengalpattu. The learned Judge of the Family Court, Chengalpattu, is expected to conclude the trial in both the cases, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond thirty working days, at any point of time, in order to bring the issue to a logical end.
