.. Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the 1st respondent to remove the illegally placed name board from the premises of the Petitioner, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

A statement has been made across the bar on behalf of the respondents that the name board which was put up in the premises of the petitioner and which is the subject matter of the writ petition has been removed even prior to the petition coming up for admission before this Court on 21.11.2024.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner today also represents that the name board has actually been removed.

3.The writ petition therefore stands disposed of, however giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court if there is any further grievance relating to the same issue. No Costs.
