These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 1541 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole petitioner (ii) to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole petitioner and (iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title in the Civil Revision Petition.
