Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to dispose of the representation dated 17.09.2022 in accordance with law requesting them to conduct special/Supplementary Transfer Counselling for the Petitioners who are working as Headmasters in the same schools for many years without getting transferred to Schools of their choice nearer their place of residence within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
