Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2018 for measure the boundaries and fix the measurement stone on the edges of boundaries of an extent of 378 square meters of land in respect of Survey No.372/63, situated at Old Gummudipoondi Village, Gummudipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District which is patta stand in the name of the petitioner's deceased father.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2018 to measure the boundaries and fix the measurement stone on the edges of boundaries of an extent of 378 square meters of land in respect of Survey No.372/63, situated at Old Gummudipoondi Village, Gummudipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District which is patta stand in the name of the petitioner's deceased father.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 25.05.2018, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, adjacent lands owners and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
