O R D E R

Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader takes for the first respondent.

2. This writ petition has been filed as against a notice dated 04.10.2023 calling upon the petitioner to appear for an enquiry on 13.11.2023.

3. Needless to state that the impugned notice is only for calling upon the petitioner to appear for an enquiry along with relevant documents. Without appearing for enquiry, the writ petitioner sent a reply notice dated 21.10.2023 through his counsel. This Court is of the view that the petitioner Pg.Nos.2/4

should have appeared for an enquiry before the first respondent and put forth his grievance, without do so, simply sending a reply notice stating to drop the proceedings against the petitioner is not sustainable in the eye of law and hence, the writ petition is not maintainable.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.31763 of 2023 is closed.

5. W.M.P.No.31762 of 2023 is ordered on payment of separate Court fees by each of the petitioners.
