This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C. No. 396 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tiruppur.

2. Mr. A. Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that trial has been commenced and infact, the main case is posted for defence witness. After commencement of trial, the quash petition cannot be entertained.
