The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.06.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 506(i), 506(ii), 450, 376(3), 354(D)(1)(i) of IPC r/w Sections 5(1), 6(1), 11(4) and 12 of POCSO Act in Spl.S.C.No.72 of 2023 pending trial before the Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases Under POCSO Act, Tiruvannamalai connected with Crime No.8 of 2023 on the file of the respondent, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had trespassed into the victim child house and had committed sexual assault against the victim child. Hence the complaint.

3.It is stated that the petitioner herein is a married person and the victim child is a minor aged 15 years. It is also stated that, after investigation, final report had been filed and it is now pending trial in S.C.No.72 of 2023 before the learned Special Judge For Exclusive Trial of Cases Under POCSO Act, Tiruvannamalai. It is stated that the victim child has not yet been examined before the Court.
