This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23621 of 2023 dated 16.10.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperambathur, till the date of committal and after committal, before the Sessions Court as directed by the Sessions Court.
