Learned counsel on either side are present.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this Civil Miscellaneous Petition to extend the time by 6 weeks to comply the conditional order made by this Court in C.R.P.No.2042 of 2019 dated 28.07.2023.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the aforesaid 6 weeks time for complying the order has already expired on 07.09.2023, whereas the application for extension of time was filed on 06.11.2023.

4. Considering the submission and the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to grant three weeks time to comply the aforesaid order dated 28.07.2023. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to comply the above said order, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed with the above direction.
