ORDER

Heard Mr.K.S.Gnanasambandan, learned counsel for the revision petitioner and Mr.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel for the respondents.

2. This Civil Revision Petition challenges the order passed in 1/4

I.A.No.7747 of 2016 in O.S.No.10060 of 2010.

3. The said application was taken out in order to mark the petition listed documents. The Court below permitted only document Nos.2,4,5 and 8 to be received. It rejected the remaining documents viz., 1,3,6,7 and 9 as they were xerox copies.

4. Today, Mr.K.S.Gnanasambandan states that he will produce certified copies of the document Nos. 1,3,6,7 and 9. He states that all these documents have been filed by the plaintiffs and that he will obtain certified copies and file them and only then he will mark the documents in Court. The said submission is recorded.

5. Accordingly, the order passed by the learned VII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in I.A.No.7747 of 2016 in O.S.No.10060 of 2010 is set aside. On filing certified copies, the Court below is requested to receive the same and permit marking of them subject to relevancy and proof.

6. With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. 2/4
