Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

This Writ Petition is filed for "simplicitor mandamus", to direct the third respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 06.06.2023 and 14.06.2023 to inspect and measure the petitioner's house site located in S.F.No.106/13B2 at Eraiyur Village, enter the petitioner's name in the register concerned and issue Patta in her name.
3. The petitioner is a member of depressed class of Adi-Dravida Community agricultural labour and she purchased a house site from one Mr.K.Ganapathy and one Mr.K.Natarajan on 18.07.1995. She is in possession till date. Being an illiterate, after a long period, she came to know that the house site Patta was not issued in her name. Therefore, she approached the respondents by way of two representations respectively dated 06.06.2023 and 14.06.2023. Since there was no action on the same, the petitioner is constrained to file this Writ Petition. Page No.2 of 4

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited nature of the relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner respectively dated 06.06.2023 and 14.06.2023 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the rival claimants/interested parties, if any, conduct an enquiry in a manner known to law and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
