ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and mark the petitioner land in Survey No.191/7 in Sithurasur Village, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District based on the petitioner representation dated 09.11.2022.

2. The petitioner had given an application on 09.11.2022 to survey the land and to identify the four boundaries with regard to the land at S.No.191/4 at Sithurasur Village, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District and in order to consider the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the said application submitted by the petitioner would be considered and the needful would be undertaken by the respondents within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and having regard to the said submission made by the 2/4

learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order:

That there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the said application submitted by the petitioner dated 09.11.2022 and do the needful within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
