ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Mr.P.S.Sivashanmugha Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 to 4. Notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner made a representation on 09.09.2019, pursuant to the notice issued by the fourth respondent, to take action for removal of illegal encroachment. As the same has not been done, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the field verification is over and the measurements have been taken. There exists some encroachment and the needful will be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.While recording the above said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, we call upon the fourth respondent to remove the encroachment within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due notice to the alleged encroachers including the fifth respondent. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
