This Criminal Original Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed while granting bail.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that the presence of the petitioner not required before the Investigating Officer. He further submitted that the final report will be filed within a period of 30 days 3.

In view of the above fact, the condition is relaxed to appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate once in a week on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of final report and thereafter on the date of hearing.

With this modification, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
