O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 332 of 2024 pending on the file of the third respondent to CBCID.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that this is a case of kidnapping and based on the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant, an enquiry has been conducted in Crime No. 332 of 2024. The investigation is completed and the final report is ready to be filed.

3. Considering the fact that the investigation is almost completed, this Court finds that transferring the investigation at this stage would adversely affect the work already done by the third respondent. Accordingly, the Criminal Original petition stands disposed of with a

direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
