W.M.P.No.35307 of 2024 in W.P.No.29765 of 2024 P.T.ASHA.J, This petition is filed to implead the petitioner as party 4th respondent in W.P.No.29765 of 2024.

2. Heard Mr.R.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.T.Sathiyamoorthy, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for respondents 4 to 6.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the writ petition on 04.12.2024.

5. Status quo order already granted by this Court on 04.10.2024 in W.P.No.29765 of 2024 and W.M.P.No.32449 of 2024 is extended till then.
