This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to enlarge the time of 15 days to surrender and execute the sureties as per the order in Crl.O.P.No.22242 of 2023 dated 16.10.2023.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 30.11.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
