This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.25710 of 2022 dated 20.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
