This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 07.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20107 of 2023 to report before the respondent police morning at 10.00 a.m., and evening at 5.00 p.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Wednesday Morning at 10.00 a.m., and Evening at 5.00 p.m., for a further period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
