This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the petition and orders in OA.No.11 of 2011 on the file of Joint Commissioner Court, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Administration Department at Salem.

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that as the certified copy of the above petition is not available with the Revision Petitioner, he could not get is immediately. However, he is aged about 61 years and the matter is pending over a decade. Hence, he may be permitted to produce the onlince cause list and the same may be received. Therefore, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
