This Civil Revision petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal Order passed by the Principal Sub Judge, Mayiladuthurai, made in E.A.No.6 of 2019 in O.S.No.234 of 1994 dated 17.10.2019 revoking the suspension of the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that as the tenure of the respondent is already over, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.
