JUDGMENT

(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This appeal is filed against the order of the learned Single Judge dated 06.12.2022 in O.A.No.768 of 2022 in C.S.No.237 of 2022 whereby an order of ad-interim injunction has been granted against the release of the film.

2. A perusal of the order of the learned Single Judge makes it clear that it is only an ad-interim order granted in an application and the application is posted for hearing on 23.12.2022. An appeal under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent would lie only as against a judgment and not as against an ad-interim order.

3. Therefore, giving liberty to the appellant to move an application for vacating the injunction, with all such reasons as mentioned in the appeal, this appeal is dismissed as not maintainable.
