When the matter was listed on 26.03.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 30.03.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Thereafter, the matter is listed today. Even today i.e. 30.03.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3.
