When the matter was listed for hearing on 28.09.2020, Mr.R.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

reported "no instructions" and hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter on 30.09.2020 by printing the name of the petitioner. Though the name of the petitioner was printed in the cause list on 30.09.2020, none appeared for him, hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter "for dismissal" on 06.10.2020. Though the matter has been listed under the caption "for dismissal", printing the name of the petitioner, today also none appeared for him. Hence, this Court has no other option, except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
