This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 11.09.2023 passed in in Crl.M.P.SR No.2914 of 2023 by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Gummidipoondi and to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Gummidipoondi to dispose of the petition in Crl.M.P.SR.No.2914 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent-Police that investigation was over and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Gummidipoondi on 14.03.2025 vide e-filing No.LTN20220001401 /C202500247.

4. Since investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the magistrate concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the trial court, in the manner known to law.

5. The learned Magistrate is directed to take the charge sheet on file, if it is otherwise in order.
