Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to modify the stringent conditions imposed in the bail order C.M.P.No.5903/2019 dated 06.09.2019 by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Alandur that petitioner is released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with 2 sureties for the like sum out of which one surety must be close relatives and the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.5000/- as cash surety and on further condition that he should stay in Special Camp for refugees and to appear before the respondent/police daily at 10.30 am for a period of 30 days. This petition has been filed to modify the stringent conditions imposed in the bail order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Alandur in C.M.P.No.5903/2019 dated 06.09.2019.

2.In view of the G.O.(1D)No.433 dated 10.09.2019, restricting the modification of the petitioner and ordered him to reside in the Special Camp, the present application seeking for modification may not be warranted.
