These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 361 days in filing the respective appeals.

2. Mr.S.Arun Kumar, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent in all the petitions.

3. Though notice was served and the name of the 3rd respondent was printed in the cause list, none appeared on his behalf.

4. Heard learned counsel on either side.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the respective petitions, this Court is inclined to order these petitions.

6. Accordingly these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to number the appeals, if it is otherwise in order and post the matters for admission.

7. It is underscored that in the eventuality of the appellants succeeding in the appeal to be taken on record, they would not be entitled to any interest for 43 days.
