This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thiruvallur instead of that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., for a period of 2 weeks and thereafter as and when required.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration and facts and circumstances of this case, this petition is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner should sign before the respondent police for a period of two weeks commencing from 15.12.2023.
