3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended till 30.11.2023, to comply the condition as directed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.15454 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.20012 of 2023, dated 27.9.2023, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
